Care Design NY 2025 Annual Report Now Available
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I’m pleased to share the Care Design NY 2025 Annual Report, which reflects a year defined by advocacy, resilience and steady progress during a time of significant change across our field.
In 2025, our organization remained a trusted partner for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. The work highlighted in this report was shaped by the voices, needs, and experiences of the more than 31,000 individuals we serve across New York State, as well as by the dedication of our staff and partners.
Each accomplishment reflected in this report is the result of collaboration and shared commitment. From care managers and support teams to community partners and advocates, your efforts ensured that person-centered care, equity and member supports remained at the heart of everything we do.
As we move forward, I am confident in the strength of our organization and deeply grateful for the trust placed in Care Design NY. Thank you for being part of this important work and for helping us build a more inclusive, responsive system of care.
